Travelled with my child and everything was great. Greatly enjoyed my 1 night there, recommend.

Came in London to explore new places, this apartment was reasonable base for making it happen. It had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave to use.

The personnel is amiable and responsive. The apartment is convenient, easy to have entertainment.

It was located in a fantastic area to the airport express. Staff of our accommodation was genuinely helpful and responsive.

The location of this apartment is unbeatable, with easy access to Covent Garden, Piccadilly, and various entertainment options. The apartment itself was clean and had all the basic necessities, including a comfortable bed and pillows. Collecting the property key was a breeze once we received the instructions. The value for money is excellent considering the prime location.

Comfy location very close to London and Piccadilly, everything good. You can use TV set, a microwave and a fridge. Location on the square.

We stayed for 1 night and liked our stay. Hosts were amicable, even gave us room on the highest level. It was perfect easy to have entertainment.

The apartment was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to bus hubs and underground stations. We were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own meals with ingredients we bought from nearby markets and bakeries.

Communication with customer service was difficult and often contradictory. We also experienced issues with the heating and hot water, which took several days to resolve.

Stayed here with my child and overall thoroughly enjoyed this apartment. It was marvellous and excellent on the square. Loved this place, I recommend to others.

The location was great, surrounded by two fantastic eating areas. The apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The facilities were excellent, and the staff was helpful and responsive. Easy access to the subway, especially the line leading to the airport express. a great value for money stay.

We got great value for our money with a well-appointed room and unbeatable location. The staff treated us well, making check-in and key collection a breeze. The apartment was clean and had all the basic necessities. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right. Plus, the location couldn't have been better with easy access to Covent Garden, Piccadilly, and plenty of food and entertainment options.

As for food for breakfast, it could have been better.

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect! It was so convenient to have all the major attractions within walking distance. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to find great food and souvenirs. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was really cozy and the extra blanket provided was a nice touch.

One major downside was the lack of communication with the staff. It would have been helpful to have some face-to-face interaction and clearer instructions about how to enter the apartment.
